- This notice is to advise customers who have upgraded to QEMM 6, DESQview
- 386 2.4 or DESQview 2.4 how to obtain the most integrated and-up-to date
- documentation at no charge.

- What is up-to-date documentation?

- The most recent documentation for QEMM 6 is an 111-page manual. If you
- have been upgrading QEMM for a while now and are dealing with multiple
- upgrade manuals, you can get a free replacement manual by following the
- procedure below.

- The most recent documentation for DESQview is a 256-page manual that
- is current through version 2.3. There is an upgrade booklet that does
- get you current through version 2.4. If you have been upgrading
- DESQview for a while now and have the older DESQview 2 manual, you can
- get the 2.3 manual free of charge by following the procedure below. (The
- short 2.4 upgrade booklet you already have brings the 2.3 manual
- completely up to date).

- Send the following information PRIVATELY (via CompuServe MAIL ONLY) to
- Quarterdeck Support 76004,2310.

- 1. Your Name and Address (as registered).

- 2. If you have your Quarterdeck customer ID, it would be helpful, also.

- 3. The serial number of your UPGRADED PRODUCT (QEMM 6, DESQview 2.4 or
- DESQview-386 2.4). No requests for free replacement manuals can be
- processed without the serial number for your upgraded product.

- 4. A FAX or voice phone number where you can be reached if there is any
- question.

- 5. The documentation you need.

- You must be registered and have upgraded to the versions specified above
- to be eligible for this free replacement offer.

- If you have any questions about your documentation which is not covered
- in this notice, or you have a situation other than an upgrade which
- requires special handling please call customer service at 800-354-3222
- or FAX customer service at 800-354-3329. Customer service is open
- between 8AM and 5PM Pacific time.

- WE CANNOT GET PRIORITY SHIPMENT FOR REPLACEMENT MANUALS, much as we
- would love to. As stock comes in, your manuals will be shipped. Please
